I was listening to NPR today and they said something like "The President will..." and it hit me. Who they were talking about. Someone I love.

I feel like I should say something today. But I am not quite sure what. Stunned, awed, exhausted. Surreal.

I am at a loss for words and sleep. Erik went to the rally and I waited up for him. DD was supposed to meet him, but when they opened the gates 2 hours early, he was pushed in a tide of supporters.
