So there's 3 parts to the test. About an hour and a half of it is the video portion. You watch different scenarios and then you choose how you would handle the situation if you were a manager. Well, today my shift ended at 9PM, but I stayed and studied for my management test until about 11:15PM. Tomorrow I work 10-7PM, but I'm gonna do the same and stay until 11PM.
