update
wow its been awhile i haven't had much time or interest in writing lately ... things have been crazy with us just buying the house my job sucks as always.. but i am getting off graveyard after 2 years! i think that may help I've been a little depressed don't ask me why just have been i think its the job.. i really hate it more and more but I'm to lazy and comfortable in my job to look for another one ... plus the pay isn't bad I wish there was less stress though... I'm thinking of becoming a blackjack dealer.. since i work for a casino they hold classes every now and then i think i would like to do it plus its part time 3-4 days a week normally only 6-7 hours and they get a 20 min brake everyhour! and make way more then i do now killing myself with my 45+ hours.. with an overly stressful management job.. so we'll see the intereviews for the class are coming up next month.. and some other spots are opening all over the casino we're expanding so we'll see what happens... i know i need toget out of where i am now that's for damn sure!.. anyway the house is awesome we're all settled in i painted our office last weekend i would post pictures but my camera is broken :(
i went to take pics of everything last night and it wouldn't work.. blah.. oh well! but i love the way the office came out.. we have all of our Johnny cash posters and all our music and kitch stuff in here. i think i am going to paint our bedroom next but we cant agree on a color so that maybe awhile... we're trying to get use to having a yard we never had to weed, mow or plant anything before so its been interesting.. since our house is a bank repo. the yard was let go for over a year! ... its mostly weeds and we're trying to get it back to looking good. and we bought some plants this weekend and put them in the front its starting to look good now that most of the weeds have been pulled or are dying. now just getting the yard green and the seed growing and we'll be great! we also got some quotes on putting in our backyard the bank gave us some money for buying a bank repo so we're trying to keep in within what they gave us SOO we found someone that can do most everything we want for the right price! so maybe in the next month or so they'll start on our backyard! yay! right now its nothing but weeds and dirt. so anything would be in improvement i cant wait to be able to BBQ out there!
everyone keeps asking when we are going to have a house warming I think we might do it in June, just a few weeks before Shawn's birthday and after the backyard is done summer BBQ sounds fun to me!
