i've been so busy over the last 2 months. over the last few months we were buying a condo and they decided to turnthem into rentals, the worst part was we moved in with my inlaws whiel we were waiting forthe condo to be built. We started talking to a real estate agent and realized the market had changed alot since last april we all this condo stuff started we started to go out almsot everyday looking at bank repos there's a ton out there right now and alot at prices we could afford we found the area we wanted to buy in and started looking only there.. overthe last couple of weeks we out bids on 2 different hoems annd didnt get them we felt cursed why couldnt we get a house? and all this is depressing you get your hopes up put your bids in abd then wait.. and wait more jsut to find out you didnt get it no fun... so after starting to get a little tired of lookign at homes we still went out and found the home we really liked i loved everything about it.. it has lots of upgrades lots of space open floor paln witch is what i liek the only down side it is is a newer home built in 2005 and they never put in a backyard so we are going ot have to do that but that isnt bad at all. we also put a bid on another house at the same time as this one jsut in case sine we adnt got the others.. we were out shopping today and got the call not only did they accept all our tearms the other house did too.. so we picked the one we liked more.

we should close escrow sjut after christmas!
we're so happy and i cant wait to get out of my in-laws!
i think a house is a pretty good christmas gift! :)
