Having already seen the hit musical "WICKED" four times, there was a certain saddness at going to see it last week for possibly the last time. Live theatre just can't be beaten, and it is always a massive thrill to go to see a show. Having been to see WICKED in both Melbourne and Sydney, it was our turn here in Brisbane. Having been to Sydney and Melbourne a number of times to see the hit musical, 'Wicked', it is moving to Brisbane in January for a limited run. Greed doesn't enter our vocabulary when this show is concerned. We have tickets booked for February, and I expect we will manage another night out before it ends.

Part of the treat of flying to Sydney was to go to see the Broadway musical, "Wicked" again. Andrew and I have managed to see it 3 times now, the previous times in Melbourne. Oz relaocated to Sydney after a magnificent run and we were thrillified to find that the cast had flown North and remained intact.

The night is dark and stormy. The jester, his daughter, her seducer and the assassin have each played their part and now their tragic tale of sex, violence, betrayal and revenge is about to reach it's gut-wrenching conclusion.
