Bottled up the Ancient Orange tonight. I'm pretty happy with the clarity. I think a few hours in the fridge will help get it down to crystal-clear

I boiled up 3/4 cup of corn sugar in a couple cups of water, then racked the carboy into the bottling bucket on top of the sugar water.
All bottled up, I've got 41 regular bottles, plus a big blue Grolsch-style flip top wine bottle filled. If I play it safe, it should all be ready to drink about a month from today.
