Just do one thing. Just do 3 minutes of a task that will take longer, say 2 hours, but that you just can't start. Self-directed advice, but feel free to do it yourself!
To start is the hardest thing (for me). Just to do one thing or a small portion of a task can either lead to doing more things, or to at least feel accomplished for having done something rather than nothing.
I am going to quickly peruse the email where I got my feedback for my failed case study. What are you going to do? (No pressure! Well, maybe a gentle nudge.)
