Shopping without overspending
What tips do you have to avoid over-spending when grocery shopping? (Please note, online shopping is unsuitable for me).
I went to a frozen food shop today with a £10 voucher and less than £2 in my pocket. I just spent the voucher. I'd had a snack before I left, and had a meal a couple of hours before that. I was really pleased with not getting extra stuff.
I may go shopping next time with no cards and the amount in cash I want to spend.
