I'm feeling a bit more positive today. I managed to go out for a walk, though it took me until it'd been dark for a few hours before I could face venturing outside. I had a bit of a walk around Bloomsbury and Holborn then did some shopping.
I'm back on the diet after having a rough 'festive' season. I'm not sure how much weight I've gained, will find out next Wednesday. It'll only be a small percentage of the total weight I've lost though.
I've decided to aim to lose 1 pound a week so I can get to around 13 stone by September. A couple of months before this (if my weight loss is progressing as I hope) I shall schedule my chest surgery. I feel all motivated again, yay!
My back is healing up nicely, so I'm easing myself back into exercise. Nothing high impact (especially jogging). No lifting of heavy weights for a while. I'm doing not-too-bouncy dancing in my living room, and have recently started the 100 pushups challenge. I'd like to do more walking, but my anxiety is making that difficult. Tomorrow I plan to walk King's Cross to Regent's Park/Primrose Hill, then along the Regent's Canal through Camden Town and back to King's Cross. Hopefully I'll get out of the flat before dark.
