How to leave the flat...

Argh. Struggling to get going for the day. Can't decide what to prioritise. Not eaten properly, and it's 3pm. Not dressed. Had a shower though. If I eat at home, that's going to just delay me for another hour. So I'm going to aim to eat a healthy lunch at Pret, and get on with my day from then on.

Do I want to have a long walk? It's nice and cloudy/breezy out there with a high chance of rain.
Do I want to go to the gym and do cardio/lower body resistance work?
I know I want to get rid of some clothes. They've been in a bag near the door so as to encourage me to get rid of them sooner... but they've been there for months now. I have angst about suppressing* African clothes manufacturers by getting rid of them in a charity bin, but I don't really have the spoons to go to a charity shop in person. Argh. I really need to get rid of this stuff though!

I want to hide from the world and play computer games, but that would damage my wrists/thumb tendon.

I feel like utter crap.

Ah, I do like the voice of Ian McMillan. He's very familiar to me as a Radio 4 listener :-)

* Suppressing not quite the right word, but you know what I mean. Or maybe you don't. Ho hum.
