"Sho-chan, this is wonderful right?" He smiled so warmly that my heart skipped a beat.
"Yes. But you're more beautiful." I stroked his right cheek. I could feel his warmth on my fingertips.
"Thank you for bringing me here Sho-chan. I love you." He brought my hands to his lips and kissed it. I only smiled, and stood up.
"Come with me." I beamed at him, arms outstretched offering him my hand. He smiled and took it. We held hands and walked towards the edge of the hill.
"You see that button on the post?" I pointed my finger to the direction, feeling excited.
"Go and push it! Go! Go!" I chuckled animatedly.
"You're not gonna pull that prank Aiba did to you Sho-chan." He laughed, it was music to my ears. But Jun, ran past me and towards the button.
Half-way through he fell into a man made hole. He grunted, but his fall was cushioned by a thick foam bed with rose petals. He laughed and laid on the bed of roses. I stepped on the edge of the hole, looking at him.
He closed his eyes and casted a loopside smile. I chuckled and ravished the moment.
"Do you like it there?" I said and his eyes opened and laughed.
"Sho, seriously? Bed of roses in a dug hole? I'll hit Aiba for giving you such a crappy idea." He gave out another hearty laugh and I just want to keep this moment forever.
"But it'll be better if your with me when the fireworks starts. There will be fireworks right?" We both laughed. Jun was so happy today.
"If you like it there so much, I think you should stay there forever." I smiled. Coldly. I stared at him, and he looked up at me. Questioning me.
"Sho-chan?" His voice a little hoarse. Eyes doubtful, then turns fearful.
"Maachan, happy birthday. I love you." I walked back to my car and grabbed the metal thing I neatly and secretly placed on the trunk. I returned to Jun.
"Sho-chan? Hey.." Jun's eyes were frantic. And I stared lovingly at him.
"Goodbye Jun."
I scooped the earth and shoveled it into the hole.
