(no subject)
So I've been musing over this for a while and sort of struggling with a decision, and then I realized that I had the internet to help me out. Maybe? Please? A friend of mine - male - has invited me to his formal (like prom, basically) roughly three times since the beginning of the year, which would give the impression that he actually wants me to go. And I like him, he's a good friend of mine, but I don't do well in social situations at all (my own formal in grade ten was...not so great, let's just say) and I don't dance and I wouldn't drink at the after party. These are two things that he does like to do, though, so I just don't know if it'd be all that great for him if I went. He seems pretty persistent, though. I'm just...not totally sure what to do. Advice?
In other news, the same cold I've had since roughly five weeks ago shows no signs of going away, though it has lessened slightly. The cough has lasted half of that time, so I'm thinking perhaps a doctor's visit is in order. It's getting a bit ridiculous.
Also, because I kinda think this is awesome and I'm a total geek: The Vader Project. (Seriously, just check it out.)
(Speaking of geeks, is anyone watching Bones? I think I'm a couple episodes behind North America, but the one last night had Sweets making reference to Sith Lords and having Booth go "Did you just Star Wars us?" How much do I love that it's a verb?)
