I had a couple of costume ideas, so after physical therapy I stopped at the mall where I learned a few things.

1) They have no costume store this year.
2) Hot Topic is even lamer than I remembered.
3) The Ben & Jerry's closed

After that, I gave up and went home.

Thursday I went to Physical Therapy for my shoulder, then went home and curled up in front of the TV. I knew I had something to do, but it wasn't until the next night that I remembered what. Today I went to the Physical Therapist, she pulled up my MRI and said there was no tear - but that my neck and shoulder are very tight with a little tendinitis. So I'll be working that out with them.

If I couldn't work from home, I wouldn't be working today.

I took a long shower and put on real clothes, and I'm sitting upright. So, that is a start.

I took a bunch of Advil for the headache. But still feel fuzzy headed. My cough is fairly light.

My throat seems to be getting worse today.

But I must venture out to the store - blind kitty needs new meds.

My head is pounding. I took a huge nap in front of the TV - then realized I hadn't been drinking enough so that I probably made it worse.

-Additionally, food does not appeal to me, which means I need to figure out what to eat to get some calories in me.
