nine times out of ten, our hearts just get dissolved
week one is over.
let's see. wednesday was terrible, completely horrid. it took so much chocolate to get through that day. thursday was a little better. well, i guess it was quite a bit better but still pretty strange and upsetting. i sincerely hope that this year doesn't end up being characterized by panic attacks. doc serow was the highlight of the first two days.
friday was much better than wednesday or thursday. school was nothing extraordinary, though i did finally talk to laura schatz for a considerable amount of time. after school, i walked to whole foods and then troutbrook with laura, alex and chris. we walked back to k-o and sat chatting on the green with michael, catherine, ross, sam glix, zach, heather and ram.
ram, michael and i headed to michael's house, where i attempted to play halo and failed miserably and we ate some foodstuffs. zach came and we went to the fantastic wapping fair. there was a tractor pull, some pig-racing, a sad fried dough vendor, lotsa pie and quite a few people i know. once the fair got dull, we drove over to stu's to see the tail end of a party.
saturday morning i had to wake up very early and spent the rest of the weekend in new jersey. it wasn't as bad as most family functions. the catch phrase of the weekend was "putignano." a few fights, took a lot of pictures of my adorable cousins.
right now i'm skipping confirmation. so, ha.
with the second week of school starting, i'm restocking my chocolate supply and hoping for the best.
