real quick.. cause its late!
greatest quality in a friend.. kate gave me this... CONSISTENCY!!!! she is so right. great example of consistency: friend i've known and hung out with about 7 years ALWAYS stands in the window and waves when i leave, and when they leave always waves. always! always! always! sounds so dumb, i know. but its weird how reassuring that is. no matter what kind of mood we leave each other in they never fail to wave me off. sigh.. i have some great friends.
i also had the opportunity to confront someone about how much they smelled like alcohol.. and i'm proud to say i didn't. not that they would have cared at all. in fact they would have laughed and been fine.. but for once i feel like i made the right decision. keeping my big mouth shut is always a bonus. and i think this time, it really will be. ~can't explain it~
other random.. i love someone else(as a friend)and am so thankful that we had such a great time tonight. we went to indy and walked all around, then drove all around and ended up in several ghettos.. but it was awesome. then we had a couple really great convos which are usually few and far between. i really thank God for the opportunity we had tonight to spend some time wandering the city and talking.
other.. i need to think of some "good friend/bad friend" advice and send an email to someone.. they requested it.. no, i'm not trying to run their lives.
bleh.. i had a good day and i even worked today. also work second shift tomorrow. turkey day went well enough. i'm thankful for my family and how blessed i have been to be with them all. i have done nothing to deserve it!!!! God is so good to me. i have some great friends. wow. just ignore me, its best for everyone! ;)
