So I don't own a condo yet, but this is the building, and the unit I am interested in. Its 825sq has 2 full bathrooms (one an ensuite) and 2 bedrooms.. its on a concave, and has an open kitchen/living/dining area..

There was an openhouse for a similar unit, 2 floors below on the weekend.. it was listed for $239,000.. It sold before I was able to go see it.. this one listed right afterwards for $10,000 less.. Im not looking to buy for a year or 2, but Id like to see the units in person.. so Im going there after work tonight. Its about a 10 minute walk to my work, actually, you can see my work out the window of this unit.
