CONDO UPDATE 2 (townhouse)
So after checking out the 825 sq foot job, I felt Id need more space..
If it was just me, and no GF and no cats, it would be fine.. but I guess I need to allow them room to live in as well.. ;)
So I started looking outside of the shitty, not far just about 20 minutes north..
I found this place, which has very low maint fee's but is $20K more than the condo I was looking at.. Its quite a bit larger I think.. definatly over 1000 sq ft

So it has 2 bedrooms, looks to be each with Ensuite, and a powder room on the main floor..
