i'm not sure what my friend amar at dell tech support did, but we were able to go 3 hours without a BSD. i'm not saying that it's fixed for good, but that's a healthy start. i'll keep playing with it and start using it like i was when i first bought it and see if it keeps this up. i need to, of course, pick up a copy some kind of anti-virus ( Read more... )
