Good news/bad news
I had a job interview today that went fairly well (although I did notice that my accent has slipped a bit after a year of lack of use.) The interviewer and I chatted about my dissertation, my experiences in Mexico, and our views on foreign language education. He said that my teaching style was very close to what was expected at that school, told me he was impressed with my teaching materials, and offered me a class on the spot.
