For those of you unfamiliar with the name Brian Dunning, if you also happen to be a fan of science, skepticism, critical and analytical thinking, and truth in general (as opposed to popularly believed myth) - I highly recommend the podcast
Skeptoid and the video series
In Fact, both produced and hosted by Brian Dunning.
Dunning researches and critically analyzes all manners of myths, pseudosciences and conspiracy theories, covering subjects such as religion, the paranormal, historical myths, astrology, junk science and many others. In each episode of either show, he focuses the lens of skepticism on the topic at hand to arrive at the most scientifically plausible explanations, facts and/or theories.
I've been listening to the podcast for several years now and have found it incredibly enjoyable, especially because it isn't just informative but also fun and interesting to listen to. I've only watched one episode of the video series (because I had just heard of it today after listening to one of the podcast episodes) - but it, too, was just as enjoyable.
Check them out.
