I awoke with mixed emotions this morning, knowing that today is my final day as Managing Director of Glastonbury Broadcasting Ltd.

When I get up too early in the morning, or rise too fast, I get this sicky feeling in my stomach which leads me to believe that mornings and me just don't get on!
