Please write and say how disgusted you are at the way BT have cut off Glastonbury Radio's broadband after we waited THREE MONTHS for a MAC code and never got one, to allow us to switch to a RELIABLE broadband supplier!!
We want BT to get a thousand complaints from listeners and friends of BT. YOU can help us MAKE them listen!!!
Despite three months worth of complaints to OFCOM and letters, e-mails and calls to BT, we have STILL not received a MAC code and now they want us to PAY them for that three months service that we didn't want lol!
They have now CUT off the radio station's main studio feed and we are having to stream from other destinations whilst we sort this out as you can be DAMN SURE they aren't getting another penny out of us until that MAC code is provided and the new broadband supplier installed!
Let's work together to bombard this MONOPOLY once and for all.
