Before working out you should always warm up.

The key to my successful warm up strategy is to beat up my brother before I work out. It really gets the juices flowing.

Well, today turned out to be one of those 'break-even' days. I had a shit load of resumes to handout, but I wasnt feeling well, so I didnt go.
