Cranberry Cheddar.
There is a huge block of a cranberry-laced white cheddar here at my office. Much bigger than anyone can handle. It's a good cheese, not a great cheese. It normally retails at 9.99 a pound. But it's free now.
I imagine they'll toss it later today. I'm leaving early this afternoon, so if you want some, e-mail me right now so I can secure a chunk.
It's been sitting out for almost 24 hours, so the outer edge is getting funky, but it's still good.
