On the 'A' floor, the sheer amount of Jane Austen books was astounding. Pride and Prejudice was right where it was supposed to be, although there were enough that it would take a while for the trio to find the most recent edition if they didn't know where to look.

As she turned the key in the lock and pushed the door open, Thursday ran over her mental checklist. Friday was being looked after and she had a good description of the babysitter's place in her left jacket pocket in case she needed to get to Friday in an emergency.
