I made it back ok from Free Spirit Beltane (aka Pagan Sex Camp, as tazira so aptly described it) and am mostly recovered. I got somewhat dehydrated, but on the plus side I seem to have escaped with at most only a tiny amout of sun-induced pinkness. Talk about suckage...We just missed each other. I was at happy hour, had dinner w/ blushing-grace, dwarfrage & gsh..left around 7 when the ambient noise made it too hard to follow conversations. I was part of last night's panel at BR. Do you usually go to HH?

Damn, I knew you'd be there but I didn't know when. I go randomly, maybe once every 2-4 weeks depending on unpredictable stuff, but I usually get there around 7:30 at best.

Hmm we do still need to get together some time! Maybe we could make a plan based around HH?

I had been thinking: "Hey, don't feel left out! You can come over any time you want and we can..." Then I read the rest of your comment and realized you weren't jealous of Dr. Who on DVD. ;)

Seriously though, it's not like they check your Official Pagan Membership Papers at the gate. I'm a Discordian and they let me in. (Ok, to be fair I have a strong raver/technopagan bent too.) Many or most of the presentations are probably just as interesting even if you're not Pagan, as long as you're sex-positive and open to fun. I think as long as you don't try to organize a witch burning, you're good. Unless you're in the dungeon and she *wants* to be burned... ;)
