any of you inhaler-users have any suggestions on what to do about the pounding-heart side effect? other than not use the inhaler? i don't even have any klonopin left, and this is not fun. (not "i need to go to the emergency room" level, just unpleasant. resting heart rate around 102.) maybe i'll lie down for a bit and try some meditation exercises.
although on the up side, i've been using it since friday and this is the first time i've had this problem.
