it's been years, literally, since i had Actual Brand-New Towels (as opposed to new-to-me but hand-me-down towels). oh. GAWD. this one is so soft and cushiony and comfy that i want to wear it to work. *happy sigh*
and the best part is that it was on clearance, so it only cost about a buck more than the cheapy towels.
the only down side to buying new towels before i move is that i have no idea what color scheme my bathroom will be in the new place, so i sadly opted to pass on the electric blue towels. i figured pewter, cream, and sage were good options. and they match my current bathroom, at least enough that i'm happy. i'm not one to care overmuch, as long as there's no godawful clashing going on.
