BPAL

since there was a tie between what i should wear today (one vote for kitsune tsuki and one for wings of azrael), i went with "coyote". wasn't terribly interested in it in the bottle, but for personal reasons decided to take it anyway. LOVE it on me. total scent transformation. an hour or so later, still loving it. it's fading, but not changing so much the way other scents have. a few of the subtler overtones have faded out, but the musk & amber are still there, without being overwhelming (as they both can be). yum.

of note: not five minutes after putting it on, i went to open the shades and crack the window for the cat, which involved leaning around my altar. there, behind a bowl full of stones, was the clear quartz crystal laughing buddha i've been missing for a full year. i can't swear 100% that i moved the bowl while looking for him, but i should think i did. i know i looked behind it, anyway. my altar is TINY, about 2' x 2', and there hasn't been a lot of stuff on it recently, so it's not like it's hard to search.

anyway, amusing. i *heart* tricksters.

and at some point (not any time soon, sadly) i may be picking up a full bottle of this stuff.

did some hand weight stuff this morning, and now something in my left side, just south of the shoulder and behind/under the armpit, on the outside of the shoulderblade, is cramping up. also the left side of my neck, just under the jaw. am trying to stretch it out, but it's a weird spot (the armpit area, not the neck, obviously). am also working on the corresponding neck area on the other side, just to make sure.

bpal, exercise
