This afternoon went to the Christmas Market in the Distillery District - an annual tradition....sort of. Got this little guy for a whopping $10. He's so cute.

Today after work I went Christmas shopping and finally found a kettle for dad (which he's been asking for). I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find it as he wanted a smaller one that the average kettle. Pulled out the Christmas decorations.... will finish decorating and setting up the tree over the next week or so.

Went to the Distillery to check out their Christmas market  - got lost in all the booths selling everything from food to jewelry, and one of a kind crafts! Reminiscent of Vienna, Germany and Scandinavia at Christmas time! There were two actual reindeer there for everyone to enjoy as well as a maze that let to Santa for the little ones (ok I did go ( Read more... )

Snow made me sad tonight even though it was beautiful walking home in it ....reminded me how much I'm not in the Christmas spirit...nothing feels right.
