Just saw a story on the news about a guy called Tuba Man. He'd play the tuba on game days and walk around down by the baseball stadium. He was beaten to death in October, and the killers were sentenced recently. There's three of them, 15 & 16 years old, and they were sentenced to 9-18 months in juvy. That's it? Seriously?
