Just saw a story on the news about a guy called Tuba Man. He'd play the tuba on game days and walk around down by the baseball stadium. He was beaten to death in October, and the killers were sentenced recently. There's three of them, 15 & 16 years old, and they were sentenced to 9-18 months in juvy. That's it? Seriously? Young and stupid is no excuse for a slap on the wrist. And apparently the prosecutor said he didn't think they were bad kids. *jaw drop* Are you shitting me? They BEAT A MAN TO DEATH. WTF do they have to do to be considered bad kids? Beat 3 people to death?
