Okay.

So, I go to the hospital in 30 minutes.  Gotta shower first.  I arrive at 3, surgery's scheduled for 5... Home... I don't know.  They seem to think tonight, but won't say so bluntly.

So the first time the (extremely nice and helpful) nurse put my IV in, she got it in just peachy (ow ow ow!), but then it popped out.  OW.  She did a second one, since although the first was still giving plenty of blood (nng), they were also planning on using the IV to give me fluids and medication, as well.  So now it kind of looks like a vampire ( Read more... )
