Why I love my bizarrely complicated scale:

Today, it tells me I gained back 4 pounds.

But it also tells me what I gained is all muscle, not fat.

Booyah. ;)

I want thisI wonder if I could make one?  Hmm... I mean, it looks like it essentially works like a bicycle, really, with the gears at least, you're just transfering the motion from the treadmill to the axles... So I fell asleep (there's a shock) but woke up when the doorbell rang with my package delivery. <3  So I staggered down and got it, and then fell back into bed.
