Oh my gosh! I feel better!! Yes, this is exciting. I've been sick with one thing or another for well over a month now. It is amazing how much and how quickly a glass of ginger ale helped my unhappy tummy. I should have had one two hours ago!

Oh well, at least I'm now feeling up to going for my walk this afternoon. (I didn't go this morning 'cause it was rainy and I slept in too late to go before it got hot anyway.)

I've been slightly nauseated in the mornings lately. (No, I'm not pregnant.) Not for more than a few moments and it passes quickly. Could it be because I'm drinking my first cup of coffee on an empty stomach? But I've been doing that for years . . .
