I've been slightly nauseated in the mornings lately. (No, I'm not pregnant.) Not for more than a few moments and it passes quickly. Could it be because I'm drinking my first cup of coffee on an empty stomach? But I've been doing that for years . . . Or maybe because I've switched brands of multi-vitamins and I'm taking those with the same first cup of coffee on an empty stomach? Odd though, that it would happen so suddenly and seemingly randomly. It seems that the most likely explanation would be the different kind of vitamins - that's the only thing different about my morning routine. I'll try taking them with food. See if that helps. Odd, though. I'm not used to my body being nauseated by anything other than too much booze. (And no, it's not that either.)
