Heh, this was fun... but what does it mean? Glad I like snapdragons, at any rate!
And, if any parents were wondering:
I guess I'm giddy because I just finished the rough draft of my play last night, and am pretty pleased with it. YAY! Just need to let it sit, then come back and tweak the formatting for correct script style (or at least, as much as I remember from my playwrighting class more than a decade ago...) and weed out any remaining "clunky" moments. It's shorter than I had initially outlined, but that is not a bad thing for a story like this. It wound up being one act, with six scenes. It was going to be seven scenes, but I realized I just didn't have enough tension to carry over into that final scene.
No book reviews this time -- but I have a stack waiting to be read.
And now I need to quit stalling and get back to my laundry!
