Friday was date night. We went to the Fresh Market on Thursday night and got some lovely steaks so that we could marinate them overnight. They were amazing. Paired with some roasted asparagus, roasted potatoes and some lemon orzo we grabbed at the Fresh Market...dinner couldn't have been better ( Read more... )

I'm back from spending the weekend with the boy, and I'm headed to work for a fun filled day of "training the new employee"...with a little birthday cake on the side. :)
