My next few post are going to be broken up so they all don't blend together as some monster post. Where I last left off. My dad's condition was unsure. Well the doctors ran their test and found that the brain was only keeping the body alive, but there was no one there to drive... After a family talk we decided this isn't what he would have wanted, to be a vegetable in the hospital. It was agreed that we would pull his ventilator. I was on of the few that wanted to be there when it happened. True to himself we pulled the breathing tube and his body picked up breathing for itself. It kept on for 2 long days until it decided it was time to give up. We held a celebration of life at the loyless funeral home. There so many people there from his life. I think it was over 120 people came to celebrate his life. I gave a speech at the end about how great he was and how I knew him... gods I miss him.
