Ok, maybe i'm just retarded or something.  But I still haven't adjusted to pacific time.  I'm having a really hard time adjusting.  Are there any tips for getting over jetlag?  i have to resume my 6am work schedule on friday, so any useful tips would be appreciated!  thanks!

Today i've been immersed back into a society that is reminiscent of Flushing, New York. Where looks are important, gossip = big scandals, and these engagements happen once a week.
