week 2... finished!!

my second week teaching on my own has been infinitely better than the first. ( blehbleh work stuff, who cares )

bought a new bike sunday after much debating over whether i should or not. i'd been wanting a new bike for months and the main thing that had been stopping me was not knowing how much longer i'd even be in Japan for. that hasn't changed-- i still don't know for how much longer i'll be here, but i decided to go ahead and get one anyway. my old one ( Read more... )

today semi-sucked. i overslept an hour!! by the time i woke up there was absolutely no way i could make it to catch the last bus that would get me to the school by the time i needed to be there, so i ended up getting dressed and running out of my apartment in less than 10mins after waking up and biking 40 minutes in the rain to Kamoda E.S.. 40mins ( Read more... )
