I'm worn out from the cooking and the cleaning and the being too excited to sleep. My quads were shaky-tired in yoga today, and the knots in my neck  and shoulders were agony. Yoga helped loosen the knots some, as did lying down on an ice pack. I'm looking forward to being able to luxuriate in a hot bath. Getting to bed nice and early should also
