Noticed at lunchtime Budgens sell goose fat in jars, enabling you (and me!) to reproduce those amazing Little Bay chips cooked in, well, goose fat. So that's nice. They are the nicest chips I've ever eaten, anywhere, ever. Think I'll try with my killer roast potatoes. And then feed to unsuspecting vegetarians :-)
