Well, in good news I'm not dying any faster than I was a month ago. The throat issue is actually three things that all decided to happen at once. Keeping the details out because it's almost lunchtime and I'd like to keep it down once I eat, the ENT doc said none of it is necessarily normal, but they are all surprisingly common.
