Last night I made up a cocktail inspired by the Aviator, sometimes called an Aviation. That one is lemon juice, gin, a bit of sugar and marachiano liquor (I use Luxardo brand).

I don't know what to call it. Part of me wants to call it a Red Baron (after Snoopy, of course!) but there are a ton of Red Baron cocktails out there. Suggesions welcome, ( Read more... )
