I'm a fair American woman traveling to North Africa very soon.

Where in Manhattan (and/or northern Brooklyn) can I find appropriate clothes on the cheap?

I'm thinking breathable long-sleeved tunics, long pants and dresses... Must be full coverage, both for reasons of skin protection and cultural restriction.

I've checked some tags and stuff and found mention of stuff to do for maybe a daytrip or people looking for ideas just to escape the city via plane..
