Here's what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
4 oz turkey roast
1 cup watermelon
lite yogurt
fruit leather

Lunch:
2 slices fiber bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp jelly
1 c strawberries

Dinner:
4 oz meatloaf
baked potato with margarine
carrots
pumpkin cupcake for dessert

Snack:
fruit juice bar
little debbie muffin
banana
fruit leather

So, I weighed myself today for one of my community's challenges, and I weighed 274.2 instead of 276!  I know that it's because my period just ended.  That weight still counts for the challenge, right? ^-^;  Well, it can really be my weight if I work hard!
