Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
Chicken thigh with onions and bell peppers
grapes
Lunch:
2 slices fiber bread
2 oz lunchmeat ham
banana
dried fruit bar
Dinner:
4 oz Baked chicken breast with breadcrumbs
1 tsp ranch dressing
1/2 c wild rice blend
1/2 c green beans
pumpkin cupcake
Snacks:
frozen juicebar
5 whole wheat ritz crackers topped with 2 tbsp peanut butter
little debbie blueberry muffin
So, I kinda didn't plan the times of eating all that well. I forgot that I wasn't coming home from work until 8. Got all my fruits and veggies in. :) I weighed in today and was pleased with the results. I'm kinda excited to lose more weight. :D
