I have finally lost 20 pounds! And I'm even on my period today!
I can't tell you guys how happy I am right now. I worked so hard this past week, and it really paid off. I've been struggling with the same pound for about a month, and now I am finally past that stupid pound!
Every day, I ate at least 5 fruits and vegetables, drank at least 8 glasses of water, exercised for at least 30 minutes for 6 of those days, and wrote down everything I ate. I can feel myself getting stronger, and some foods just don't appeal to me anymore, like potato chips.
I'm so happy I could scream.
