2 slices fiber bread
1 cup watermelon

Lunch:
2 slices fiber bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp jelly
apple
100 calorie pack- Ritz snack mix
12 baby carrots

Dinner:

Whole wheat English muffin
Boca Burger- original vegan

Snack:
Pizza (3)

I realized my food log is probably killing anyone's friendslists, so I'll put it behind a cut from now on. :)

So, I ate a huge breakfast yesterday because I knew I was going to be working hard all day, so I let myself eat some food that was a little fatty.  I came home from work at 8pm, and much to my dismay, there was pizza on the counter.  I ate a boca burger instead, but later I ended up having a piece.  Then, late at night, I came downstairs and ate two more.

Part of me realizes that probably wasn't the smartest food, but the other part of me realizes that it won't kill me.  Besides, I love pizza.  I would rather eat a few pieces of it the first day we get it than stare at it all week in the fridge and end up eating around 5-6 pieces total.

I stepped on the scale, and it wasn't a dream.  I'm still 272.6!  I believe I miswrote yesterday's weight, because I remember weighing in yesterday at 272 point something.

I've been reading about my lj friend underthefatsuit, and she's doing so well that I felt motivated to work harder.  I think she was one of the first friends I added on here, and it's so motivating to be around people who are working so hard! :D  I've never lost more than 25 pounds in one "attempt to lose weight", and now I don't worry if I can do it, but I look forward to the time when I will be at my goal weight.

I've also learned a lot from norwegianeyes about food tracking and consistency.  I do it every day now, and it really helps!  Simple things like writing down what you eat helps me to see what I am putting into my body, and how I can change what I eat to feel better and have more energy.

Thank you everyone for all of your support, and I hope that I can do the same! <3
